On 21 April 2016, Phitsanulok Provincial Administrative Organization (PPAO) , The phitsanulok Chamber of Commerce, The Federation of Phitsanulok Industries, The Farmer Council and Department of public works and Town & Country Planning are jointly organizing the seminar the seminar of   “Phitsanulok city healty innovation and Mobillity Green” at Phitsanulok Community Hall.
